Brown County High School

The 2023-2024 boys tennis team looks different in terms of numbers but the core remains the same. Four senior Eagles return, #1 singles player and all conference athlete Jack Sichting and teammates Sawyer Gore, Jon Kirchhofer, and Brandon Saechao. Most of this group has been playing tennis for four or more years. Returning juniors include Owen East and Trevor Shields. The team welcomes senior Cord Smith, junior Eli Vela, and freshmen Jax Burt, Theo King, and Robert Webb. The Eagles come off of a season that had its share of struggles, but was extremely valuable in generating the necessary experience to build upon for the ‘23/24’ season. With the addition of five newcomers, the tennis team seeks to capitalize on their spirited energy as it compliments the seasoned maturity of the returning veterans. The team will continue to display the character and sportsmanship that has been the hallmark of Brown County High School tennis players. I look forward to watching these Eagles soar and succeed on the court.
