The Eagles emerged victorious in a dual match with the Trinity Lutheran Cougars Thursday afternoon at Salt Creek Golf Retreat. Brown County posted a 219, while the Cougars finished with a 251. Chloe Poling turned in another solid performance, took medalist honors, and led the Eagles with a 44. "Chloe's ball striking was very good today. Had it not been for a couple putting miscues, she was looking at a 40 or 41," said Eagle co-coach Brad Baughman. Other BCHS scores: Caitlynn Lookebill 55, Cami Keaton 57, Maggie Gredy 63, Jazmyn Kolacz, and Nevaeh Caito 71. The last week of the regular season will be a busy one for the Eagles as they host Indian Creek and Hauser on Tuesday, September 16, before traveling to Valle Vista Golf Course Wednesday the 17th for a match with Greenwood and Edinburgh, and then ending the regular season at The Legends Golf Course on Thursday the 18th with Whiteland and Indian Creek in another tri-match.
