Mustangs Too Much for Eagles

The Eagles hosted the Edgewood Mustangs in a rare, 18-hole dual match on Thursday, May 29, and came up short. The Mustangs posted a 348 while the Eagles finished with a 389. "I was disappointed in our performance. Edgewood has been the better team each time we have competed with them this season, so the loss was not surprising. I just thought playing at home, we should have been 15 to 20 strokes better," said Eagle coach Brad Baughman. BCHS scores: Wesley Arndt 89, Cash Harden 95, Noah Lewis 99, Colbie VanZuiden 106, Parker Arndt 106, and Liam Cassiday 109. The Eagles are home again Tuesday, June 3, when they host a four-way match with Morristown, Indy Genesis, and Trinity Lutheran starting at 1:00 P.M. Following the match, the four Eagles seniors, Wesley Arndt, Liam Cassiday, Noah Lewis, and Jackson Daugherty, will be honored in a senior night ceremony in one of the upstairs banquet rooms at Salt Creek Golf Retreat.
