By Brad Baughman | May 9, 2025 8:32 AM

Brown County's two most experienced golfers, seniors Wesley Arndt and Liam Cassiday, led the team to victory Wednesday, May 7, in a home match with Mitchell. Behind Arndt's 42 and Cassiday's 46, the Eagles posted a 183, a seven stroke improvement from the previous day's score, while Mitchell recorded a team score of 239. "It was nice to see Wesley get back on track after a rather rough afternoon on Tuesday, and Liam seems to be picking up his game a bit," said Eagle head coach Brad Baughman. Other BCHS scores: Cash Harden 47, Noah Lewis 48, Parker Arndt 48, Colbie VanZuiden 50, Finn Silbaugh 50, Cole Wright 56. The Eagles are idle this weekend but will return to action next week with home matches Tuesday, May 13, against Hauser and Wednesday, May 14, with Indian Creek and Mooresville Christian.
