By Brad Baughman | Sep 17, 2024 8:53 PM

The Eagles traveled to Clifty Creek Golf Course on the east side of Columbus Tuesday afternoon to battle the Hauser Jets and beat the home team 202 - 260. "None of our girls had ever played the course before, so I was quite pleased with our scores and even more pleased with how we went about our business," said Eagle co-coach Brad Baughman. Senior Ava Sanders posted a 52, her best score of the season. One stroke better than Sanders with a 51 was Chloe Poling. Katie Johnson took a 60, and Lilly VanNess earned medalist honors for the 10th time this season with a 39. The Eagles wrap up their regular season schedule Wednesday, September 18, when they compete in a tri-match with Greenwood and Edinburgh at Timbergate Golf Course.
