Coming off a loss last night the Eagles were looking to rebound with a win. This was not meant to be as the more experienced Braves squad took early control with wins at number two doubles and number two singles. The Eagles were playing without a #3 singles player, so the match was decided early. A slight shift in the lineup for the Eagles saw freshmen Audric Dunn and Jack Keener playing at number two doubles and Robert Webb taking on the challenge at number two singles for a second night. Our number ones (singles and doubles) provided for some very entertaining and hard fought tennis. Trevor Shields and Jax Burt pushed their opponents to the very edge and narrowly were defeated in two close sets. As per his usual Owen East once again playing at number one singles improved with each game. He has worked really hard on his game and it is starting to come together, each match he has improved. Our junior varsity dubbles duo of Logan Peck and Jax Anderson once again had two very experienced opponents, but continued to work on getting better each match. The Eagles will host the Jets from Hauser tomorrow night at the BCHS tennis courts at 4:30 PM. Coach Roush Record 0-2 WIC Record 0-1
