The boys' track and field team traveled to Northview on Thursday night. On the night, there 14 season-best performances for the Eagles. As a team, they finished in 10th place. The 4x8 got the night started with a season-best time of 9:04.05, placing 6th. Members of that squad were Case Smith, Charlie Webb, Aden Skaggs, and Corbin Brahaum. The 4x100 relay team of Ethan Williams, Billy Hubbard, Eli Webb, and Landon Scott placed 8th in 48.69. Smith came back with a strong 3200 as he ran a season-best of 10:36.31 to finish 8th. The finish off the night, the 4x400 relay team ran a best of 3:44.80, placing 7th. Brahaum, Williams, Scott, and Aden Skaggs were on that relay. In the field, Wyatt Sutter took 3rd in the discus with a 133-10. In the shot, Sutter placed 8th with a toss of 40-3. Jesse Hubbard cleared 5-6 in the high jump to place 7th and score 2 points. They will now turn their focus towards the Bloomington Sectional next Thursday.
