Brown County High School

The Brown County Girls' Track & Field Team competed in the Western Indiana Conference meet on Wednesday, May 8th at Edgewood High School. The meet was a rescheduled WIC meet from Tuesday, May 7th. The team showed great improvement by posting eight personal records and earning three points in the meet. Sadie Hiatt earned the Eagle baton for her team contribution in four events Wednesday night. Sadie set a personal record on her split of the 4x800m relay and a personal record in the 1600m. Both the 4x800m relay and 1600m races were point winners for the team. Other personal records were set by Leanne Hash in the 100m, Riley McCoy in the 200m and Kalyani Schilling in the 100m. We are always proud to see hard work pay off with improved times.
