Junior Jack Sichting provided the only win for the Eagles. It was an exciting win as he had to win his second set in a tie break and then won the third set tie break 10-5. This was another solid performance. Junior Jon Kirchhofer playing in the #2 singles spot and continued to get better, this was his best play of the season. Our doubles teams again struggled, but have made progress in learning each other's playing style. Each team played strong out of the gate but hit a lull in the middle of the set, and had a hard time getting back to their normal level of play. Each team rebounded and fought hard in the second set. I see this team getting better with each match. I hope they do too. Next up for the Eagles will be the Eagles of South Putnam on Saturday at the BCHS courts. Coach Roush Record 2-12 (WIC 0-5)
