The boy's soccer team defeated conference foe Sullivan 2-1 on Saturday. The eagles were able to score quickly in the first half, with a pass from Aaron Woodrum to Carter Norcutt. Then, a few minutes later, Carter Norcutt gave a pass to Ethan Scott who put a great shot on goal. The only goal that the eagles gave up was from a penalty kick in the first half. During the game, the eagles played great defensively and as a team. They also occurred a few injuries during the game but held on to the win after a great push from Sullivan. Bradley Arndt was very active in the goal and had 4 saves. He was able to eliminate a lot of chances from Sullivan by coming out and intercepting passes. The eagles are back in action this Tuesday against Owen Valley @ OV (5:30).
