Spring Season Overview Dates & times; practices & first competitions By Victor Moreno Morillo – The spring season is closing in, you know it and we know it. That’s why this article will help solve some of your most asked doubts and questions (if not, feel free to ask in the main office). Ready? Let’s go: Starting with Track and Field: Official practice will start February 12. Unified Track official practice will start March 4. The first Track meet will be held indoors at IU February 28. The first Unified Track meet will be March 18. Next, Baseball and Softball: Official practice will start March 4 for Softball, and March 11 for Baseball. First Softball game will be March 20 against Columbus East (Away). First Baseball game will be March 28 against Edinburgh High School (Away). Then, Girls Tennis: Official practice will start March 11. The first match will be March 26 against Bedford North Lawrence (Away). Finally, Boys Golf: Official practice will start March 11. The first match will be April 4 against Hauser High School (Home).
