Brown County posted a 235 Saturday in the Mid Hoosier Conference Championship at North Branch Golf Course and took third place. North Decatur won the event with a 217. Because of limited course availability, the event consisted of nine holes, instead of the customary 18 hole format. Caitlynn Lookebil, the Eagles number one player, garnered all conference honors shooting a 50, the second lowest individual score. Other Eagle scores: Nevaeh Caito 60, Cami Keaton 62, Jazmyn Kolacz 63, and Maggie Gredy 65. "I was happy that Caitlynn was able to earn all-conference honors for the second consecutive year. It is difficult to be competitive when you are having to count scores in the 60's. We have players who are capable of posting much better scores. Hopefully, in this last week of the regular season, we can shave some strokes off and demonstrate that we have improved a little bit." stated Eagle co-coach Brad Baughman.
