The cross country team traveled to Culver to compete in the annual Culver Invite. The boys team finished 15th of 35 in the strong field. Charlie Webb was the Eagles top finisher clocking a 17:55. Kai Koester was the next Eagle across the line with an 18:42. Eli Wrightsman ran a 19:01 and Corbin Brahaum came through in 19:33. To round out the top 5, Josh Redmon ran a 20:09. Other boys who finished for the Eagles are listed below. On the girls side, the Eagles only had 4 finishers, so they were unable to post a team score. Freshman, Della Hitchcock had a career best performance as she was the Eagles top finisher in 24:14. Fellow freshman, Izzy Miller also posted a career best time of 24:23. Megan Cumberledge finished with a time of 25:21 and Sadie Hiatt finished in 26:14. The Eagles have a week to prepare for the Nike Twilight meet in Terre Haute next Saturday night.
