The Eagles traveled to Spencer to play a WIC match against the Patriots of Owen Valley. This match was one of the best matches of the season for the Eagles, even though the score was 0 to 5. Four of the five eagles played a three set match and even down 0-2 the Eagles still had a fighting chance to win the match, but ultimately the Patriots were able to come back and take the remaining matches. All of the Eagles came to play in this WIC match and left feeling that they had played their best effort, despite some of them playing their fourth match in as many days.
