Brown County 0 Columbus East 5 The Eagles fell to the Olympians of Collumbus East by a score of 0-5. The Eagles playing their third match in as many days, showed a little fatigue but were competitive in all matches regardless of the individual scores. Owen East gave the Eagles one of the best chances to win a point at #2 singles as he battled his opponent to a 4-6, 5-7 loss. This match could have gone the other way if a few shots had fallen our way. Owen has really embraced his role at #2 singles and is always pushing our #1 singles player Jack Sichting. The doubles team of Jon Kirchhofer and Jax Burt continued to find the communication that is necessary for a doubles team to be successful, and it showed in their match also.
