The Eagles, playing in their first 18 hole event of the season, shot a 435 and finished ninth in the fourteen team Tony Blessinger Invitational hosted by Jasper High School at Buffalo Trace Golf Course. Lilly VanNess posted an 87 in the competitive field to claim the fifth overall spot. Savannah Poling fired a 104, while Chloe Poling took a 116, and Caitlin Seet and Caitlynn Lookebill recorded a 128 and 140 respectively for the Eagles. Bloomington South claimed the championship with a 367. The Eagles host Southwestern Shelby Tuesday, August 22 at 4:30 P.M.
