The Lady Eagles picked up their first road win of the season with a solid win over Northview 55-30. Both teams struggled to get on the scoreboard early as the game remained scoreless almost 4 minutes into the contest before Anna Fleetwood knocked down a couple of long range shots to give the visitors a 6-3 advantage heading into the 2nd quarter. From there the BC offense finally got rolling while their defense stayed strong as they grew the lead to 22-10 by halftime in spite of 3 starters going to the bench with early foul trouble. The momentum continued into the 2nd half as the lead grew to 16 heading into the 4th quarter. Abby Fleetwood and Allison Stogsdill helped the Lady Eagles finish off the win as they combined to score 14 of the team’s 18 points in the final frame. BC gets the week off next week before they resume action after Thanksgiving break win 3 games against Mitchell, White River Valley and South Putnam.
