After a tough start, Parker VanNess birdied three of the last four holes to shoot a one under 35 and lead the Eagles to a victory over the Hauser Jets Monday afternoon at Salt Creek Golf Retreat. VanNess’s score was one better than the Jets’ Justin Compton whose 36 paced Hauser.
Ben Rygiel (46) played another solid round, and Brendon Asher (49) and Curtis Lookebill (50) rounded out the scoring for the Eagles. Other BCHS scores: Peyton Proctor 60, Rex Watters 62, Emerey Brock 67, and Bob Cao 65.
The Eagles play Indian Creek Wednesday, May 16, at Tameka Woods and return home Thursday, May 17, to face Edinburgh. With the win, the Eagles now stand at 14 wins and 13 losses for the season.
