Multiple Teams · Girls Basketball conditioning

“Anyone interested in girls basketball who is not currently in a fall sport can participate in our weekly open gyms and strength and conditioning opportunities.  Open gyms are every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:15-7:15pm.  There will also be strength and conditioning sessions in the weight room every MondayTuesday, and Thursday after school until 4:00pm.  Those who are currently in a fall sport should get approval from you coach before participating in any of these activities.  See Coach Roberts in room 307 if you have any questions.”
